I chanced upon you like its now or never.
Inching towards you as fast as I could;
was disheartened when you were in a bad mood.
care and affection were all that i had
when you were not realising it;I felt sad.
through a tunnel of tough times came some understanding
wish i could have that all the time.

but kept them all at bay
